SPRINGTIME BOWLS: Soups are
delightful no matter the season -- to start a meal or make a meal in itself. In
this class we will welcome milder weather with recipes that showcase the foods
of the new season: asparagus, green peas, spinach and other early greens, new
potatoes, spring onions, rhubarb, et. al. Recipes as well as formulas to help

LITTLE PLATES - WORLD TOUR
Jumping off from the popular "Little Plates
Around the Globe" class, which serves up tastes from several countries in
one evening, each class in this Friday night series delves deeper into
a particular region's "little plates" tradition. It's not so much a particular
food as a fun way of eating and socializing. Whether you call them tapas, meze, antipasti, hors d'oeuvre or
antojitos, these little plates are a delicious and entertaining
introduction to many cultures. Menus include regional wine and/or beer tastings
to complement the foods.

diet! Learn specific recipes as well as techniques and formulas that will
inspire you to improvise, so you can always be sure to enjoy your recommended
5-to-9 daily servings, no matter the season. Sides, soups, salads, entrees and
desserts will all celebrate a delicious, nutritious vegetable and fruit variety.

Farmers Market.
